Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in sales retail hospitality or similar
  • at least 21 years of age
  • valid driver's license with excellent driving record
  • flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
  • ability to travel for business needs
  • experience using POS and CRM software
  • no recent drug or alcohol related driving incidents
  • ability to obtain sales licenses if required
  • willingness to operate high performance electric vehicles
  • strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in sales retail hospitality or similar fields highly preferred
  • experience with top tier premium brands direct to consumer models commission-based environments or automotive a plus
  • at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
  • ability and willingness to travel to support other market operations
  • experience using POS and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • valid driver's license in state of residence with exceptional driving record
  • eligible to obtain driver's license if not in appropriate state within 60 days
  • no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in last 3 years
  • no more than 1 serious moving violation in last 3 years
  • no driving suspensions or revocations within 3-5 years
  • continuous motor vehicle record monitoring
  • ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses if applicable
  • comfortable operating large high performance vehicles and conducting demo drives

Job Duties

  • deploy Rivian's sales strategy at your location generating demand and connecting with the community
  • act as a Rivian brand and product specialist evangelizing the mission and product vision
  • provide support for prospective customers and Rivian owners through their brand journeys
  • manage lead engagement qualification capture and scoring in the sales pipeline
  • manage product support event inquiries and pre-sales and ownership support
  • engage customers asking open-ended questions to understand needs and recommend products
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM
  • be accountable to KPIs including customer contacts SLA responses lead captures demo drives scheduled and other goals
  • ensure customer experience is authentic engaging educational and aligned with Rivian's values
  • perform operational duties including upkeep food and beverage support shipping receiving cleaning and events
  • uphold operational framework best practices and playbooks for community and team experience
  • take on additional projects duties and assignments as required
