Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer sales, preferably door-to-door
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as required

  • Preferred certifications include Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door conversations and community outreach
  • Create standout experiences by sharing service benefits, answering questions, and delivering post-sale follow-up
  • Team up to win by collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Support additional duties and special projects
