Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in safety related major and a minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
- Ability to spend 100 percent of time in the field
- Effective observation and coaching skills
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in safety related field
- Minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to mentor and supervise lower level safety staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of promoting safety culture in construction environments
Job Duties
- Promotes the company's IIF culture by being a safety resource on the project
- Assists in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations
- Assists with or conducts case management
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training and certifications
