Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle in Colorado
  • must be able to physically lift and transport up to 50 lbs
  • able to work in indoor and outdoor environments during various weather conditions
  • must be able to ascend or descend stairs and walk for prolonged periods of time
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to speak, read and write in English
  • possess a smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled
  • must be available Monday through Friday

Job Duties

  • Supervise WSI service technicians across multiple properties
  • arrange substitute coverage and provide direct support for shifts as needed
  • monitor performance and enforce company procedures and service standards
  • train new and existing team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service
  • conduct regular on-site audits with quality assurance to assess service quality and identify improvements
  • collaborate with leadership to update and develop SOPs based on field observations
  • conduct routine property visits to ensure smooth service execution and provide hands-on support
  • oversee the management of pet waste stations, including tracking, maintenance, and liner replacement
  • oversee or perform doorstep trash and recycling removal, contamination checks, and resident education
  • ensure proper use of the mobile app for service tracking, compliance documentation, and timekeeping
  • ensure staff adherence to safety guidelines and proper PPE usage
  • confirm all assigned routes are staffed and active nightly
  • track technician attendance and communicate absences or delays immediately
  • cover routes or coordinate temporary coverage when necessary
  • verify doorstep pickups meet company standards, including complete removal, no spills, and proper recycling separation
  • perform spot checks such as dumpster checks during or after service for compliance
  • identify and address patterns of missed bags or recurring issues
  • provide hands-on instruction during shift shadowing and refresher sessions
  • reinforce WSI’s SOPs for bag removal, recycling handling, and safety
  • document and track technician training for accountability
  • maintain open nightly communication via text, calls, and app check-ins
  • gather technician-reported issues like blocked bins, excessive volume, or broken equipment
  • address minor issues directly with technicians to maintain service flow
  • deliver replacement carts, bins, bags, or safety gear
  • support technicians with heavier items or overflow
  • ensure technicians are equipped with functioning lights, uniforms, and identification
  • enforce proper uniform and appearance standards
  • ensure technicians follow all WSI safety protocols including lifting, bag handling, and PPE
  • report repeat compliance failures for corrective action
