Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- one to three years of administrative experience ideally in hospitality or customer-focused roles
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- must be based in Dallas, TX
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- ability to manage budgets and track expenses

Job Duties
- assist with training schedules and planning
- track progress of the Field Operations Support team
- create training tools to support team development
- coordinate and schedule training sessions across multiple centers and districts
- arrange travel, accommodations, and site access for field teams
- track completion of mandatory training programs
- maintain calendars, attendance logs, and certification records
- support VP of Field Training with project management, travel planning, scheduling, logistics, and expense reports
- prepare professional presentations, correspondence, and reports
- draft, edit, and manage communications to ensure clarity and professionalism
- manage team budget by tracking expenses and reviewing variances
- assist with financial documentation and reporting
- manage tracking systems for field audits, recognition programs, and communications
- monitor audit needs and ensure timely follow-up
- serve as a liaison between corporate training leadership and field teams
