Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Part-time availability with fluctuating hours
- Ability to respond to outbound requests and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for store visits
- Must be physically able to perform manual tasks including lifting and ladder climbing
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Drive, Calendar, and Sheets
- Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude in-store interactions
Job Qualifications
- Reliable access to a car and smartphone for in-store audits
- Comfortable lifting 20 lbs and climbing a 10-ft ladder
- Proficient in Google Suite or willing to learn
- Self-motivated with an interest in ad-tech startups
- Detail-oriented with a focus on aesthetics
- Strong organizational skills for managing physical and digital materials
- Able to connect positively and courteously with store staff
Job Duties
- Prepare, install, and maintain Looma tablet displays within retail stores
- Troubleshoot tablet issues including reboots, remounting, and cable management
- Install decor such as signage on tablet displays
- Conduct store audits to ensure tablet displays operate at peak conditions
- Assist in launching new pilot and rollout programs
- Respond to and prioritize urgent maintenance requests
- Monitor the existing network and provide remote support to other technicians
