Job Duties

  • Complete nightly service at the assigned home community as scheduled
  • conduct on-site service audits at nearby communities to ensure adherence to Trash Butler standards and safety practices
  • support butlers with real-time service challenges such as access issues, compactor malfunctions, or overflow situations
  • assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new butlers
  • shadow new hires during their initial shifts to reinforce expectations and workflow
  • provide service coverage across the northern territory when needed to prevent service failures
  • monitor radar results, staff check-ins/outs, and completion data to identify risks and performance trends
  • communicate nightly updates, concerns, and staffing needs to the District Operations Manager
  • support new property launches by assisting with training, on-site support, and service flow setup
  • manage local inventory of uniforms, tote bags, and other supplies
  • build positive relationships with property managers and attend community events as assigned
  • complete administrative tasks such as nightly recaps, documentation, and platform updates
  • additional duties as assigned
