Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with material handling and processing preferred
- Ability to work on a variety of items daily
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comprehend and apply language skills required for the job
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ability to write and record data as required by procedures
- Ability to follow specific, detailed instructions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend frequently and lift 20-30 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree preferred
- Experience with material handling and processing in the medical device industry or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Job Duties
- Perform activities related to the receiving, cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization of loaner devices
- Assist with the proper processing of loaner sets and associated sterilization processes and validations in accordance to procedures
- Prepare devices for review as part of sterilization and/or cleaning validation
- Provide assistance with cleaning and sterilization process monitoring activities
