Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with material handling and processing preferred
  • Ability to work on a variety of items daily
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comprehend and apply language skills required for the job
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ability to write and record data as required by procedures
  • Ability to follow specific, detailed instructions
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend frequently and lift 20-30 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience with material handling and processing in the medical device industry or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Job Duties

  • Perform activities related to the receiving, cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization of loaner devices
  • Assist with the proper processing of loaner sets and associated sterilization processes and validations in accordance to procedures
  • Prepare devices for review as part of sterilization and/or cleaning validation
  • Provide assistance with cleaning and sterilization process monitoring activities
