Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in operations management
- bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- strong analytical and communication skills
- proven leadership and influence capabilities
- ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- must be able to work primarily in field locations such as Wendy’s restaurants in Raleigh, NC
- ability to translate numerical and financial information into actionable strategies
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in operations, business markets, management, finance, supply chain or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management including multi-unit P&L responsibility
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to communicate effectively at various levels
- leadership and organizational capability development
- experience building strong relationships across organizations
- ability to balance priorities and translate financial data into actionable insights
- candidate based in Raleigh, NC preferred
Job Duties
- conduct Wendy’s Done Right visits in assigned geographical territory
- partner with above restaurant leadership to ensure correct systems implementation
- leverage Model of Excellence scorecard for targeted coaching
- improve franchisee capabilities with data driven insights and resources
- conduct quarterly business reviews and growth readiness assessments
- provide coaching and training to multi-unit leaders and franchisees
- support new restaurant openings ensuring operational readiness and standards compliance
