Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ operations management experience including multi-unit P&L responsibility
- Based in or willing to work in Minneapolis, MN area
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Analytical mindset
- Proficient in managing competing priorities
- Willingness to work at various Wendy’s locations and travel within assigned territory
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business markets, management, finance, supply chain or related field preferred
- Candidate based in Minneapolis, MN preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management with increasing responsibility including multi-unit P&L management
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate at various levels and convey ideas
- Ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capabilities
- Builds strong relationships across the organization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to balance priorities
- Ability to translate numerical and financial data into actionable insights
Job Duties
- Conducts Wendy’s Done Right visits in assigned franchise territory
- Partners with above restaurant leadership to ensure implementation of Wendy’s systems
- Provides targeted coaching and training based on Model of Excellence scorecard
- Improves franchisee capabilities using data-driven insights and available resources
- Conducts quarterly business reviews and growth readiness assessments with franchisees
- Provides coaching and training to multi-unit leaders and franchisees for operational excellence and succession planning
- Supports new restaurant openings including readiness and compliance assurance
