Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible operations management experience
- Experience managing multi-unit operations with profit and loss responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Data-driven decision-making capability
- Willingness to work primarily in field locations
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and managerial directives
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business markets, management, finance, supply chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum five years experience in operations management with increasing responsibility including P&L management of multi-unit operations
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities across various organizational levels
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop organizational capabilities
- Experience building strong relationships with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization ability
- Ability to translate financial and numerical data into actionable business insights
- Preference for candidates based in Louisville, KY or Lexington, KY
Job Duties
- Conduct Wendy's Done Right visits in assigned territory to ensure operational standards are met
- Partner with district managers and area directors to drive customer experience, sales growth, and profit growth
- Use Model of Excellence scorecard to coach and train franchisees for performance improvement
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and growth readiness assessments with franchisees
- Provide coaching and training to multi-unit leaders and franchisees to support leadership development and succession planning
- Partner with field training managers to deliver operational training and enforce compliance with standards
- Support new restaurant openings by ensuring readiness and adherence to Wendy's standards
- Attend and guide the opening of new restaurants on-site
