Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment
- Experience in cost estimating and pricing work
- Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storage procedures
- Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers

Job Duties
- Coordinate service activities for the airport
- Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins
- Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications
- Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs
- Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns
- Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings
- Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings
- Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled
- Develop operational improvement plans and implement process changes within assigned buildings
- Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring that Project Managers and Supervisors seek ways to provide additional services to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and government regulations
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
- Analyze and manage financial and operational performance of assigned buildings
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission
- Work with District Manager on invoice-related action plans
- Ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance are performed monthly
- Direct and evaluate personnel within assigned buildings
- Execute supervisory responsibilities including performance appraisals, rewards, discipline, complaints resolution, and terminations
- Perform other duties as assigned
