Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Experience in cost estimating and pricing work
  • Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storage procedures
  • Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers

Job Duties

  • Coordinate service activities for the airport
  • Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins
  • Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications
  • Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs
  • Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns
  • Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings
  • Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings
  • Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled
  • Develop operational improvement plans and implement process changes within assigned buildings
  • Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring that Project Managers and Supervisors seek ways to provide additional services to customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and government regulations
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
  • Analyze and manage financial and operational performance of assigned buildings
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission
  • Work with District Manager on invoice-related action plans
  • Ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance are performed monthly
  • Direct and evaluate personnel within assigned buildings
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities including performance appraisals, rewards, discipline, complaints resolution, and terminations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
