Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on management experience in home services, automotive, construction, trades, or mechanical industries
- Must have managed people, schedules, equipment, and real-world operations
- Office-only or corporate management experience does not qualify
- Willing to undergo background and drug test
- Live within 20 minutes of Renton, WA
- Ability to work on ladders and rooftops safely
- Healthy respect for heights but not afraid of ladders or working on roofs
- Strong attention to detail and a love for a job well done
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on management experience in home services, automotive, construction, trades, or mechanical industries
- Experience managing people, schedules, equipment, and real-world operations
- Strong with computers
- Comfortable using CRMs and scheduling software
- Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel required)
- Able to research, document, track data, and report clearly
- Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to improve systems and efficiency
Job Duties
- Oversee daily production operations across all crews
- Train, coach, hire, and terminate technicians when necessary
- Improve efficiency, job pacing, and crew productivity
- Control and report on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) ensuring labor, fuel, chemicals, materials, and maintenance stay within targets
- Handle customer complaints and callbacks promptly and professionally
- Maintain quality control through regular field inspections
- Oversee equipment, tools, and vehicle readiness
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Admin teams
- Complete and report weekly KPIs for each technician
- Ensure all technician numbers stay in the green
- Build systems, processes, and accountability where they currently don’t exist
