Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving company vans and transporting workers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Previous administrative, operations, or transportation experience preferred
Pass background check

Job Duties

Utilize Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and email for daily communication, reporting, and recordkeeping
Assist with scheduling, tracking attendance, and updating field operation documents
Communicate regularly with staff, job sites, and internal team members
Transport inmates to and from job sites or medical appointments as needed in company vehicles
Ensure safe, professional, and timely transport at all times
Help coordinate and perform basic van maintenance (fluid checks, cleanliness, reporting mechanical issues, body work, etc)
Maintain logs related to transportation, inspections, and maintenance
Perform operational compliance tasks
Troubleshoot minor field issues and escalate concerns appropriately
Provide general administrative and operational support to management
