Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- ability to travel to all assigned shows and events within territory
- ability to work all weekends with few exceptions
- ability to lift 40 pounds and push displays weighing up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to set up and tear down two shows per day involving physical activity
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers
- ability to lead, develop, train, mentor and empower a team
- ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control
- ability to build strong local networks and relationships
- organized and planful
Job Duties
- Manage the relationships with retail partnerships
- lead the staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassador employees
- represent the organization at shows, events, and retail locations to generate qualified leads
- regularly report on performance needs and market metrics
- develop and manage staffing plans and schedules for market warehouses
- set up and tear down events ensuring logistics and materials are handled appropriately
- travel regularly within the assigned market and occasionally to other markets
