Job Requirements

  • Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers
  • must be able to travel to all assigned shows and events within the assigned territory
  • ability to consistently work all weekends with few exceptions
  • valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • ability to lift 40 pounds
  • ability to push large displays weighing 75 pounds on wheels
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to set up and/or tear down up to two shows per day including over an hour of physical activity
  • ability to lead, develop, train, mentor, and empower a team

Job Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • ability to make decisions and take action within span of control
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • ability to build and maintain local networks and relationships
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage relationships with retail partnerships
  • lead staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassador employees
  • represent the organization at shows, events, and retail locations
  • generate qualified leads for design consultations
  • regularly report on performance needs and market metrics
  • develop and manage staffing plans and schedules for market warehouses
  • coordinate setup and teardown of events and displays
