Job Requirements
- must have prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers
- ability to travel to all assigned shows and events within territory
- must be able to consistently work all weekends with few exceptions
- valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- ability to lift 40 pounds, push heavy displays on wheels, and stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical setup and teardown of up to two shows per day including over an hour of activity
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- manage retail partnership relationships and supervise brand ambassador teams
- lead staffing, training, and performance coaching of brand ambassadors
- represent the company at shows, events, and retail locations to generate qualified leads
- develop and manage staffing schedules for market warehouses
- coordinate setup and teardown of events including logistical arrangements
- regularly report on market performance metrics
- travel regularly within assigned and occasionally other markets
