Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting pipeline goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple events across different markets at once
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% for events
  • Core working hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST open to PST hours
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events

Job Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during event periods

Job Duties

  • Own field events end-to-end from concept development through logistics and ROI tracking
  • Partner with Sales to plan and execute events across multiple U.S. cities
  • Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as RevOps, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing for aligned execution
  • Track and report on event performance metrics including registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
  • Maintain organized event trackers, timelines, and post-event recaps
  • Support additional field marketing programs including sponsored events, trade shows, partner events, and larger regional or national initiatives
