Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting pipeline goals
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple events across different markets at once
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
- Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel up to 10-20% for events
- Core working hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST open to PST hours
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Own field events end-to-end from concept development through logistics and ROI tracking
- Partner with Sales to plan and execute events across multiple U.S. cities
- Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
- Coordinate with internal teams such as RevOps, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing for aligned execution
- Track and report on event performance metrics including registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
- Maintain organized event trackers, timelines, and post-event recaps
- Support additional field marketing programs including sponsored events, trade shows, partner events, and larger regional or national initiatives
