Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
  • Creativity and an eye for presentation
  • Strong social media and content creation skills
  • Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
  • Comfortable traveling between communities
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute community events including showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
  • Activate national marketing campaigns at the local level
  • Ensure community signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished and aligned with brand standards
  • Manage full event process including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Track traffic trends, review online listings, and evaluate sign routes
  • Provide weekly insights and reports to leadership
  • Manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
  • Support photography and video production needs
  • Assist with community launches and closeouts
  • Maintain visitor-ready information centers
