Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for presentation
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Job Duties
- Plan and execute community events including showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
- Activate national marketing campaigns at the local level
- Ensure community signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished and aligned with brand standards
- Manage full event process including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Track traffic trends, review online listings, and evaluate sign routes
- Provide weekly insights and reports to leadership
- Manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
- Support photography and video production needs
- Assist with community launches and closeouts
- Maintain visitor-ready information centers
