Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- At least two years of experience in marketing, events or community engagement
- Strong event planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Social media and content creation proficiency
- Digital literacy including social media management and content editing tools
- Willingness to travel between communities
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for events
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams and partners
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years of experience in marketing, event planning or community engagement
- Strong event planning and project management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative with an eye for visual presentation
- Proficient in social media management and content creation tools

- Experience in data tracking and reporting
Job Duties
- Plan and execute community events such as showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
- Activate national marketing campaigns at the community level
- Manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints ensuring brand consistency
- Handle full event processes including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and follow-up
- Track traffic trends and evaluate signage routes and online listings
- Provide weekly marketing insights and reports to leadership
- Manage marketing inventory, vendors, and support photography and video needs
