Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • At least two years of experience in marketing, events or community engagement
  • Strong event planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Creativity and presentation skills
  • Social media and content creation proficiency
  • Digital literacy including social media management and content editing tools
  • Willingness to travel between communities
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends for events
  • Ability to build strong relationships with teams and partners

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in marketing, event planning or community engagement
  • Strong event planning and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative with an eye for visual presentation
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in data tracking and reporting

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute community events such as showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
  • Activate national marketing campaigns at the community level
  • Manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints ensuring brand consistency
  • Handle full event processes including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and follow-up
  • Track traffic trends and evaluate signage routes and online listings
  • Provide weekly marketing insights and reports to leadership
  • Manage marketing inventory, vendors, and support photography and video needs
