- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- creativity and an eye for presentation
- strong social media and content creation skills
- digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- comfortable traveling between communities
- available to work evenings and weekends for events
- skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Job Duties
- plan and execute community events such as showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
- activate national marketing campaigns at the local community level
- ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are consistent and aligned with brand standards
- manage the full event process including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- track and analyze traffic trends, online listings, and sign routes to provide weekly insights to leadership
- manage marketing inventory and vendors
- support photography and video production needs
- assist with community launches and closeouts
- maintain visitor-ready information centers
