Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
  • creativity and an eye for presentation
  • strong social media and content creation skills
  • digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
  • comfortable traveling between communities
  • available to work evenings and weekends for events
  • skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Job Duties

  • plan and execute community events such as showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
  • activate national marketing campaigns at the local community level
  • ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are consistent and aligned with brand standards
  • manage the full event process including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • track and analyze traffic trends, online listings, and sign routes to provide weekly insights to leadership
  • manage marketing inventory and vendors
  • support photography and video production needs
  • assist with community launches and closeouts
  • maintain visitor-ready information centers
