Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • minimum 2 years experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • strong event planning skills
  • excellent project management and communication abilities
  • creative mindset with good presentation skills
  • proficiency in social media management and content editing tools
  • willingness to travel between communities
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • ability to build and sustain strong relationships

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • strong event planning skills
  • excellent project management abilities
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • plan and execute community events
  • manage showcases and grand openings
  • coordinate realtor engagements to drive traffic
  • activate national marketing campaigns locally
  • oversee signage and collateral materials
  • manage event planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up
  • track traffic trends and analyze data
  • support content creation and digital listing maintenance
  • manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
  • assist with photography and video production
  • ensure community information centers are visitor-ready
