Job Requirements

- minimum 2 years experience in marketing, events, or community engagement

Job Duties
- plan and execute community events
- manage showcases and grand openings
- coordinate realtor engagements to drive traffic
- activate national marketing campaigns locally
- oversee signage and collateral materials
- manage event planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up
- track traffic trends and analyze data
- support content creation and digital listing maintenance
- manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
- assist with photography and video production
- ensure community information centers are visitor-ready
