Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years relevant experience in equipment repair for food or beverage service or related technical field
- EPA Universal certification
- Ability to travel extensively and drive for extended periods
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to work safely in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds periodically and stand or walk up to 8 hours per day
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including holiday coverage
- Adherence to workplace safety protocols and company policies
- Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Trade license in refrigeration, plumbing, or electrical (preferred where available)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment repair for food and beverage service or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience with demonstrated troubleshooting and repair skills (preferred)
- EPA Universal certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams

Job Duties
- Troubleshoot and independently repair food and beverage equipment, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
- Assist with the installation, programming, and calibration of food and beverage systems, including refrigeration and dispensing units
- Lead smaller maintenance or repair projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Mentor entry-level technicians by providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training to improve their technical skills
- Collaborate with vendors or contractors for equipment repairs and installations, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards
- Manage inventory, including stocking supplies, ordering parts, and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Communicate effectively with store personnel, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism
