Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage profit and loss and ensure business performance
  • Drive and enforce food safety protocols
  • Forecast sales and staffing needs
  • Train and validate employees on operational processes
  • Support and assist teams on the ground when needed
