Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage profit and loss and ensure business performance
- Drive and enforce food safety protocols
- Forecast sales and staffing needs
- Train and validate employees on operational processes
- Support and assist teams on the ground when needed
