Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations ensuring operational excellence
- Partner with restaurant managers to drive business performance
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities including sales forecasting and labor management
- Promote and enforce a food safety first culture
- Lead and develop teams through training and validation on operational elements
- Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Support and assist team members as needed
