Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in multi-unit restaurant leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary work language
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards
  • Business acumen related to profit and loss and staffing
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Willingness to assist hands-on when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
  • Strong business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to foster a food safety-first culture
  • Leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language of the work location
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Ability to train and validate operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Develop strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Foster and ensure a food safety-first culture
  • Lead and develop teams through training and validation
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Provide hands-on support and assist team members as needed
