- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary work language
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards
- Business acumen related to profit and loss and staffing
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Willingness to assist hands-on when necessary

- Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
- Strong business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
- Ability to foster a food safety-first culture
- Leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to train and validate operational procedures
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Develop strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Foster and ensure a food safety-first culture
- Lead and develop teams through training and validation
- Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Provide hands-on support and assist team members as needed
