Job Requirements

- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Ability to travel regularly between locations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a food safety-first culture
- Proficient in sales forecasting and staffing
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Strong business acumen including P&L management
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Passion for customer service and guest experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety practices
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude

- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Foster strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Lead and develop restaurant teams
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities
