Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Foster strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Ensure food safety protocols and culture are maintained
- Lead through team development and training
- Manage business operations including P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Validate employee training on operational elements
- Support and assist team members as needed
