Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Foster strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Ensure food safety protocols and culture are maintained
  • Lead through team development and training
  • Manage business operations including P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Validate employee training on operational elements
  • Support and assist team members as needed
