- Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage profit and loss (P&L), sales forecasting, and staffing
- Ensure a food safety-first culture
- Lead team development and employee training
- Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Support operational excellence through training and validation of employees
