  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experience
  • Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L), sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Ensure a food safety-first culture
  • Lead team development and employee training
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Support operational excellence through training and validation of employees
