Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing multiple restaurant locations
  • Skills in P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Willingness to travel between multiple sites

Job Qualifications

  • Previous multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to communicate effectively in primary language of work location
  • Passion for guest experience
  • Capability to train and validate employees
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Ensure a food safety first culture is followed
  • Lead and develop teams through effective coaching and training
  • Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Monitor and improve guest experience
  • Assist in operational support where needed
