Job Requirements

- Previous experience managing multiple restaurant locations
- Skills in P&L management and sales forecasting
- Ability to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Willingness to travel between multiple sites

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Ensure a food safety first culture is followed
- Lead and develop teams through effective coaching and training
- Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Monitor and improve guest experience
- Assist in operational support where needed
