Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- strong business acumen including P&L management
- ability to foster a food safety culture
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead and develop teams
- availability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

- build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- manage P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing

- train and validate employees on operational standards
- assist restaurants as needed
