Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
  • strong business acumen including P&L management
  • ability to foster a food safety culture
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • availability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • manage P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • ensure a food safety first culture
  • lead and develop teams
  • focus on enhancing the guest experience
  • train and validate employees on operational standards
  • assist restaurants as needed
