Job Requirements

- Previous multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to work in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Develop strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) operations
- Ensure food safety compliance and foster a food safety-first culture
- Lead team development and training on key operational elements
- Drive sales forecasting and staffing decisions
- Maintain laser focus on guest experience
