Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Ability to work in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Develop strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) operations
  • Ensure food safety compliance and foster a food safety-first culture
  • Lead team development and training on key operational elements
  • Drive sales forecasting and staffing decisions
  • Maintain laser focus on guest experience
