Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Strong business acumen including P&L and sales forecasting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Leadership skills with team development experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in primary language(s)
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Availability to travel between restaurant locations

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage profit and loss oversight
  • Ensure food safety compliance and foster a food safety-first culture
  • Lead and develop teams to enhance performance
  • Train and validate employees on key operational standards
  • Assist in daily restaurant operations as needed
