Job Requirements
- Previous experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong business acumen including P&L and sales forecasting
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in primary language(s)
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Availability to travel between restaurant locations

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage profit and loss oversight
- Ensure food safety compliance and foster a food safety-first culture
- Lead and develop teams to enhance performance
- Train and validate employees on key operational standards
- Assist in daily restaurant operations as needed
