Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
- Partner with restaurant managers to drive business performance
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities including sales forecasting and staffing
- Foster a food safety first culture across all locations
- Lead team development initiatives and validate employee training
- Focus intensely on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Assist operations hands-on as needed to support teams
