- Oversee multiple restaurant locations ensuring operational excellence
- Build strong partnerships with restaurant managers to drive business success
- Foster a food safety first culture throughout all locations
- Lead and develop teams by training and validating employees on key operational procedures
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing effectively
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards
- Assist restaurants hands-on as a team player when needed
