  • Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
  • Familiarity with food safety culture and training processes

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to food safety standards
  • Lead and develop restaurant teams through training and validation
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing needs
  • Foster a food safety-first culture
  • Maintain a laser-like focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
