Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to food safety standards
- Lead and develop restaurant teams through training and validation
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing needs
- Foster a food safety-first culture
- Maintain a laser-like focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
