Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in franchise or company operations within QSR
- Strong financial and P&L management skills
- Proven leadership in multi-unit franchise operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel frequently within the Central region
- Compliance with franchise agreements and operational guidelines

- 10 years of experience in franchise or company operations within QSR industry
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with franchisees and stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and driving growth in multi-unit environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent QSR experience
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Central region
Job Duties
- Drive regional profitability and operational excellence across franchisee locations
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives with RSC teams to boost sales and efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and provide insights
- Serve as primary liaison between Popeyes brand and franchisees to ensure brand alignment
- Guide franchisees in best practices, brand standards, and profitability maximization
- Support new store openings, remodels, and market expansions
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for operations, sales, and business development
