Job Duties

Represent Leafguard at area trade shows and events
operate and execute onsite field event marketing activations in lead generation best practices
educate and create interest in Leafguard products and services
support onsite training of event marketing team
create and administer employee schedules for event operations
coordinate and plan display and marketing material setup
maintain tracking and inventory of marketing materials
assist in recruiting, team building, and talent retention
develop territory with new event opportunities
maintain display cleanliness and inventory
support employee time and attendance tracking
measure and track lead generation performance
provide administrative support to Senior Event Manager
project professionalism and adhere to HR policies
submit all paperwork including payroll and reports timely
maintain above 50% lead conversion
spend average 60% of work time in field lead generation activities
lift and transport marketing materials as needed
