Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in electrical installation and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with electrical work
- Valid electrical license or certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects
- Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams
- Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance
- Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently
- Self managing determined and diligent
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee wire installation crews ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations
- Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently
- Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects
- Act as the inspection manager supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects
- Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work
- Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew
