Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in electrical installation and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with electrical work
  • Valid electrical license or certification preferred

  • Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects
  • Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams
  • Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee wire installation crews ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations
  • Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently
  • Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects
  • Act as the inspection manager supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects
  • Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work
  • Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew
