Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire)
- able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
- be available to work days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to read and speak English
- fun, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
- prior restaurant experience preferred but not required

- must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes)
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- communicate questions or issues to Management promptly
- work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- set up the team for success in the next shift
- respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone
- keep floors and walkways clean and free of debris
- provide guests the right of way
- assist with operational needs when necessary and asked of
- provide genuine hospitality
- understand and apply proper phone etiquette
