Job Requirements

  • Valid TX driver’s license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable background review
  • Negative drug screen
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, sitting, grasping, writing, typing, finger dexterity
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Good eye/hand/foot coordination
  • Ability to hear, speak, and see beyond arms length
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs or ladders, push, pull, reach above shoulders, and lift/carry 1-25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Handle all customer transactions including service and parts payments
  • Record keeping and data entry for service orders and parts tickets
  • File and maintain documentation accurately
  • Refer customers with additional questions to service advisors or appropriate staff
  • Manage customer complaints with integrity and poise
  • Take or redirect complaints to appropriate personnel
  • Balance the cash drawer daily
