Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
- Welcome visitors to the showroom and warmly acknowledge and greet walk-ins
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso drinks
- Purchase and restock Biscotti
- Maintain showroom appearance including customer lounge, configurator room, and reception area
- Take inventory of supplies and restock or order as necessary
- Replenish supplies in customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs lounge
- Distribute mail and create FedEx labels
- Book Atelier or Tailor-Made appointments
- Book Factory Tours
- Maintain shared spreadsheets and update work operating systems with accuracy
- Assist with test drive reporting and monthly submissions
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other assistance
- Assist with crosschecking vehicle specs
- Send out marketing materials
- Provide New Car and Warranty Invoices
- Assist in marketing activations
- Perform all other duties assigned by Management
