Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week including mornings and mid shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service
- Passion for guest service
- Ability to work the required shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of spa products and services preferred
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Job Duties
- Welcome and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
- Extend exceptional guest service
- Maintain order and cleanliness of spa and fitness center including cleaning the facility, locker rooms, and fitness center equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
- Stock and replenish the outlet with supplies and products including clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups
- Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
- Perform general spa duties as needed
- Greet, register, and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services
- Schedule spa appointments
- Process client payments at conclusion of service
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services, appointment availability, and retail offerings in person, email, and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
