Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months of relevant experience in hospitality or fitness industry
- legal work authorization in the United States
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- availability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and spa standards in the female locker room, work out area and pool
- handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- accommodate special requests whenever possible
- resolve customer complaints
- assist customers in all inquiries related to spa services
- work flexible shifts including day, afternoon, weekends and holidays
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in spa areas
