Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, pull, fold, kneel daily
  • ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • must complete Blood borne Pathogens and Hazardous Material training
  • ability to climb stairs and climb unusual heights on ladders
  • strong visual acuity for cleanliness assessment
  • exposure to noise, dust, grease, fumes, and potentially extreme warm temperature conditions
  • must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • strong customer/guest service skills
  • experience in high-end health/country club environment preferred
  • hotel housekeeping or commercial laundry experience preferred
  • bi-lingual a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of the club facility through general housekeeping and towel laundering
  • attract and retain members by consistently providing excellent customer service
  • ensure towels and robes are laundered and stocked in locker and fitness areas
  • stock all amenities in locker rooms and spa locker areas if applicable
  • clean all courts, inside and out if applicable
  • clean tennis patio, sidewalks, parking lots if applicable
  • pick up litter and remove garbage from all areas of the club regularly
  • operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • perform other duties as assigned which may include the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
  • attend all staff meetings as required
