Job Requirements
- completed veterinary degree from an accredited institution
- active state veterinary license
- experience in feline veterinary medicine preferred but not required
- ability to work a 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling options
- no on-call or overnight requirements
- willingness to engage in community and practice growth activities
- commitment to uphold high standards of animal care and professional ethics
Job Qualifications
- doctor of veterinary medicine (dvm) or equivalent degree
- valid veterinary license
- strong passion for feline medicine
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- commitment to continuing education and professional development
- leadership potential and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Job Duties
- provide comprehensive feline medical care
- lead and participate in specialized treatment programs such as hyperthyroidism management using I-131
- collaborate with veterinary staff and support teams
- engage in client communication and education regarding feline health
- maintain medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards
- contribute to practice leadership and growth initiatives
- optionally expand practice scope to canine care for interested candidates
