Job Requirements

  • completed veterinary degree from an accredited institution
  • active state veterinary license
  • experience in feline veterinary medicine preferred but not required
  • ability to work a 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling options
  • no on-call or overnight requirements
  • willingness to engage in community and practice growth activities
  • commitment to uphold high standards of animal care and professional ethics

Job Qualifications

  • doctor of veterinary medicine (dvm) or equivalent degree
  • valid veterinary license
  • strong passion for feline medicine
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • commitment to continuing education and professional development
  • leadership potential and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities

Job Duties

  • provide comprehensive feline medical care
  • lead and participate in specialized treatment programs such as hyperthyroidism management using I-131
  • collaborate with veterinary staff and support teams
  • engage in client communication and education regarding feline health
  • maintain medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards
  • contribute to practice leadership and growth initiatives
  • optionally expand practice scope to canine care for interested candidates
