Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test including marijuana
- Pass a Department of Transportation physical examination
- Be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and 150 pounds with hand truck
- Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be punctual and prepared to start work on time
- Be able to climb stairs
- Be capable of working in all weather conditions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and get it done attitude
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Have previous driving experience with local delivery or courier services preferred
- Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to operate scanning equipment and track deliveries accurately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences with routes averaging up to 150 stops daily
- Perform daily vehicle inspection including fluid level checks
- Load vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with management
- Accurately operate scanner and track the delivery process
- Ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups
- Consistently complete delivery routes in a timely manner
