Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid driver’s license
- maintain a clean driving record
- pass drug test including marijuana
- pass DOT physical
- be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
- pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- have reliable transportation to and from work
- be punctual and ready to work each day
- be able to climb stairs
- be able to work in all weather conditions
- demonstrate a strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences with routes containing up to 150 stops per day
- perform daily vehicle inspections including checking fluid levels
- load vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads
- work independently and as part of a team
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with management
- accurately operate scanner and track delivery process
- ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups
- consistently complete route in a timely manner
