Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid driver’s license
- maintain a clean driving record
- pass a drug test including marijuana
- pass a DOT physical
- be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
- pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- have reliable transportation to and from work
- be punctual and ready to work each day
- be able to climb stairs
- be able to work in all types of weather
- demonstrate a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications

- ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs

- experience in local or route driving preferred
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences with up to 150 stops daily
- perform daily vehicle inspections including fluid level checks
- load vehicle and organize daily deliveries
- work independently and as part of a team
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with manager
- accurately operate scanner to track deliveries
- ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups
- consistently complete route in a timely manner
