Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid driver's license
- maintain a clean driving record
- pass a drug test including marijuana with ongoing random screenings
- pass a DOT physical
- be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
- pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- have reliable transportation to and from work
- be punctual and ready to work daily
- be able to climb stairs
- be able to work in all weather conditions
- possess a strong work ethic and a get it done attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- strong work ethic and dependability
- ability to operate step vans safely
Job Duties
- Safely drive company-provided step vans with no CDL needed
- deliver packages to local residences and businesses
- represent SOSY and FedEx with pride, professionalism, and top-tier customer service
- handle packages carefully to prevent damage
- complete daily delivery routes efficiently
- maintain a clean driving record and comply with safety policies
- communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
